Residential Projects - Venezuela
Premier Las Lomas - 2.009
The building is a response to a site located in Lomas de Las Mercedes, Caracas, whose morphological features and urban constraints posed a challenge: to maximize the use of the plot without compromising the quality of the spaces, while also achieving a volumetric expression that conveys both solidity and lightness. The design proposes four towers aligned with the site boundaries, distributed across two bands. These bands define an internal space resembling a plaza, which—being divided into two levels—allows for the separation of public and more private areas, while still maintaining visual continuity between them.
