A transparent ground floor, enclosed in glass, supports a base clad that houses the elevated parking levels. Above this base rises the residential tower, featuring a curtain wall façade and topped with a level dedicated to shared amenities, including a gym, coworking area, sauna, and game room. Above this, a rooftop level hosts the pool, bar, and open-air terrace. The façades are clad in porcelain tiles, featuring a gradient of gray tones designed by visual artist Carola Bravo, which contrasts with the blue hue of the curtain wall.
