The residential complex is located in San Bernardino, Caracas. The design takes advantage of the irregular shape of the plot, which has three frontages oriented to the southwest and views to the north toward El Ávila. It is divided into two phases, with shared areas that include green spaces and two central swimming pools. Additionally, it features commercial galleries aligned with major avenues, forming the base for three of the four residential towers.These towers, positioned along the eastern, western, and southern boundaries, maximize views toward El Ávila and the surrounding streets through floor-to-ceiling windows. The integration of structural elements for solar protection ensures a balance between natural light and privacy, while the diametrically opposed entrances connect to roundabouts that organize both vehicular and pedestrian circulation.
