Located in the El Rosal neighborhood of Caracas, the building consists of three basement levels that form a base for two towers, which are joined at their upper levels by a portico, creating a continuous structure. Vehicular access from Sorocaima Avenue leads to a large roundabout that serves as the central and symmetrical axis of the design. The building’s volumetry is defined by a large mass composed of elliptical and rectangular geometric forms, with orthogonal ends connected by a curved body. Additionally, each tower features internal courtyards flanked by apartments and elevator cores, facilitating natural ventilation and lighting.
