Located in Boleíta Norte, this urban development project comprises offices and commercial spaces aimed at revitalizing an industrial area. The transformation involves changing the land use of several plots and emphasizing architectural innovation in new constructions. Seven buildings span the plot, creating a central pedestrian boulevard that serves as an urban axis connecting residential developments to the south with Caracas Outlet. This boulevard and secondary pedestrian pathways define the citified character of the development, while vehicular traffic is relegated to the eastern perimeter. The ensemble forms a cityscape of offices and shops, prioritizing pedestrian flow that showcases sculptural towers along its length, enhancing the urban landscape and connectivity of the area.
