The project aims to blend architectural elements with the institution’s vision and mission, as well as urban and sustainability requirements. Inspired by the union of two mountains symbolizing the regional integration of El Ávila hill, the design harmoniously integrates with the green surroundings of surrounding squares. Beyond its appearance, the project stands out for its focus on efficiency, with careful planning that includes resource optimization and maximizing connections with the city. Sustainable architecture comes to life in this building, with solutions ranging from energy generation through solar panels to wastewater treatment for various uses. The integration of nature, such as native vines, beautifies the environment and promotes biodiversity, highlighting harmony between technology and the natural environment.
