Located in Las Mercedes, Caracas, the proposal rises on a plot with three frontages and is conceived as a mixed-use development—commercial, office, hotel, and residential—that functions as an integrated whole while allowing each component to maintain its own identity. Each use is separated by a terrace level, which serves as a transitional element between them. The glass façades, interrupted at the open terrace levels with shifts in color, break the verticality of the volume and facilitate natural ventilation as well as the strategic placement of various services according to the project’s requirements.
