The interior finishes feature noble materials such as marble, granite, wood, aluminum, stainless steel, and exposed concrete. The exterior façades, composed of curtain walls in two shades of blue, include special treatments for reflection, thermal insulation, and UV protection. Sunshades, as thermal regulation elements, cast shadows that enhance comfort and contribute to energy savings in climate-controlled spaces.
