Remanso Panorama is recognized for its innovative architectural approach that prioritizes access to and integration of panoramic views overlooking Caracas Valley and Ávila Mountain. The project aims to provide high-quality living spaces through a complex and highly functional design. Located in Lomas de Las Mercedes in Caracas, it features a balanced combination of forms and openings emerging from three levels of parking that serve as the base for a six-story residential tower. The design focuses on maximizing natural light and ventilation within the apartments, creating well-tempered spaces. This project was honored with an award at the 11th Biennial of Venezuelan Architecture in 2014, celebrated for its residential architecture that seamlessly integrates high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and harmony with the urban environment.
