The tower is a mixed-use building—commercial and office—located in the Las Mercedes neighborhood. It comprises 22 floors distributed among underground and elevated parking levels, a ground floor with mezzanine, additional commercial levels, and office floors, one of which is a duplex that benefits from natural light and ventilation. Commercial terraces are interspersed between the commercial levels, elevated parking, and office floors, with the terrace on the top level forming part of the rooftop, offering views toward El Ávila mountain. The volumetry is composed of intersecting elemental solids that create distinct planes, introducing movement and depth to the facades.
